Format: S16mm (Fujifilm) / DCP

Director: James Slater

*WINNER* - 'Best Music Video' - Raindance Film Festival

This striking and surreal video represents my first collaboration with Director James Slater and the group 'Stealing Sheep' - formed of Rebecca Hawley (vocals and keyboards), Emily Lansley (vocals and guitar) and Lucy Mercer.

The video draws influences from both the band's unique sound and that of French and wider European arthouse cinema of the 1960's.

Shot in Liverpool in January 2015, this video precedes the upcoming release of Stealing Sheep's album 'Not Real', releasing on LP, CD and MP3 formats on 13.04.2015

Originated on Fujifilm Vivid 160T and Fujifilm Vivid 250D on a Bolex H16 handcrank camera (converted to Super 16mm), the film was shot spherically for a final aspect ratio of 1:85:1.

Colourist Toby Tomkins (Cheat) graded the film from uncompressed 2K files provided by iDailies (London), who also provided film processing for the production.
